This setting is used to manage the office hour for your customer service agent. Go to “Setting Menu”, and then click “Office Hour Settings”. There are two types of the setting: Normal Days and Special Days.
- “Normal Days” office hour setting is used for regular working days based on your employment schedule. You can set the timing easily by activate the Office Hour switch button. Choose the time (see the red arrow) and set whenever the office should be close by clicking the check box (see the blue arrow). Click “Save” to proceed.
- “Special Days” office hour setting is used for particular working days. For example, when your business is either closed and agents are not available to respond the tickets or the agents are available in limited hours only. Set the date on date setting (see the red arrow), choose the timing, and then click “+Add Special Hours” to proceed.
