How to add an Email Channel

These are steps to add an Email channel. First, go to “Setting” menu, choose “Account Channel” and then click “+Add Account”.

  • Click “Email” channel.

  • Click “Set Up” and choose your email provider.

Google Email (Gmail & Google Suite)

  • Before making integrations to your Gmail Account, make sure “Less secure app access ” on your gmail sucurity Setting in the enabled/on position.

  • Click “Other” input your credential Gmail or G Suite account:
    • Email Name, Email Address, and Password.
    • IMAP Host (imap.gmail.com) Port (993) Secure (Yes)
    • SMTP Host (smtp.gmail.com) Port (465) Secure (Yes)

  • click “Save” to proceed.

Exchange Email

  • Click “Exchange” then fill in the form with your email credential informations. Once you have completed the form, click “Save” to proceed.

Others Email

  • Click “Other” then fill in the form with your email credential informations IMAP & SMTP. Once you have completed the form, click “Save” to proceed.
